Return/Exchange Policy

 

 We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached. Used items will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Returns within the U.S.
- To start a return for a purchase from you will need your original order confirmation email. (typically you can just search your inbox for your order number)
-Click on the "view your order" button, then "request return." Both at highlighted below

 

- We will email you a shipping label if your item is potentially eligible for return. 

- The first return shipping label is free. If you purchase more than one item and decide at different times you want to return items, you will be responsible for the shipping fee after the first return.

Returns outside of the U.S
- Follow the same process as above.

- We do not offer free returns or exchanges for international orders and you must pay for all shipping expenses.

Exchanges

- If you are not happy with the color or fit of your product and would like a different color or size we can offer 1 exchange for sizes or prints following the steps above, or send us an email.  

Refunds

We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  It can take up to 30 days for a refund to be processed, approved and submitted to the original card used. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or returns on closeout/ final sale items or gift cards.

Damages and defects
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Reach our by replying to your original order confirmation email.

With the iconic plants that we’ve all come to know and love along the footpaths we call home, Dylan has collaborated with artists and trail angels to create nostalgic Hawaiian-style Town Shirts in true-to-trail prints that connect our community and can even stand up to a thruhike.
